Representation of 'Le vol de Kitty Hawk'

This original drama 'The flight of Kitty Hawk' ("Le vol de Kitty Hawk") would be played first in Paris, France, in September and October 2008 at the Theatre Nr. 13 of Paris, then in Sarthe - at Coulaines and Champagn� - on late November 2008.

The drama describes the life of the WRIGHT family - including the WRIGHT brothers, their sister Katharine and their father, the bishop Milton WRIGHT - and also the early aviation by using Octave CHANUTE, another authentic personality of great importance during the WRIGHT brothers life, and two persons invented for the circumstance: a pretty old lady, owner of a restaurant in Dayton nearby the WRIGHT bicycle shop and a young pretty French native lady, being a professional photographer. The last two persons bring some 'fun' to the drama and make it very attractive to the French public.

This amazing drama explains with great precision the history of early aviation and early pioneers of aviation, including Santos-Dumont, Clement Ader, Henri Farman, Louis Bleriot,... but also talks of all historical sites from Kitty Hawk to Le Mans (Hunaudieres horse track, Auvours camp of Champagne), without forgetting Dayton and Huffman Prairie, the British Channel, Pau or Rheims. It is also a good and easy way to understand how a plane can fly.

The project of the Centennial Committee is to organize some shows of this drama in Sarthe, during the National Tour�of� 2009 falls,�in Coulaines (remind: French sister city of Kitty Hawk). The dates would be on line once known by the Centennial Committee.�The drama is only in French language.
