Authentic piece of fabrics of the WRIGHT FLYER I which flew in Kitty Hawk, USA on 17th December 1903
This authentic piece of fabrics was purchased during an auction held in Dayton, Ohio, USA, beside the 1st practical Flight Centennial of the WRIGHT brothers (October 1905-2005).A couple of Dayton, Mr. Leon and Mrs. Betsy WITNEY, after the acquisition of this historical part, have generously offered it to the Le Mans Sarthe Wright 2008 Centennial Committee. This piece of fabrics would be exhibited seceral celebrations linked to the 2008 Centennial, starting with Le Mans trade fair (September 2007).
