First piloting lesson for Amanda Wright Lane
At Auvours camp, Champagne (Sarthe) near Le Mans, Wilbur WRIGHT teached in October 1908 his first 3 pilot students : Paul TISSANDIER, Count Charles DE LAMBERT, Captain LUCAS-GIRARDVILLE.It's in Le Mans in June 2005 that Amanda WRIGHT LANE learnt her first pilot lesson. And the teacher was the experimented (8,000 hours of flights) instructor pilot Jef JACQUELIN, also the official pilot of the WRIGHT FLYER III 1908 flying replica constructed by Le Mans Sarthe Aero Retro.
